great stay but check-in could improve
The staff was friendly and supportive. The location was ideal, surrounded by plenty of shops and cafes, with a lovely city view that added to the charm of our stay. Enjoying free coffee and tea throughout the day was a good perk.

The hotel is located in an amazing location. Right next park, shoreline, Ramblas, great shopping district, so the location was the winner for me.
The truth is the staff on the first day were not that friendly. In the end, after a misunderstanding was resolved, the staff was extremely kind. But, my recomendation would be that the staff be more friendly from the beginning and maybe try listening to the customers better.

very good location, great price, free storage room for luggage, awesome shower!
very small and a bit dark room, very thin walls-you can hear everything.

excellent Wi-Fi, complimentary bottled water, conveniently located across from the zoo
check-in process involves an inconvenient walk, the street outside has a strong urine odor, room maintenance needs attention with blocked air conditioning!!!

Staff was helpful and extremely nice. Rooms & bathrooms were clean, nicely designed and overall comfortable. Location was the biggest win; close to the park perfect for morning run or an evening stroll, minutes away from the main tourists attractions; near the most trendy city restaurants and clubs... yet in a quiet area of El Born. I would definitely stay there again.
The only two things that would be nice to have would be having a coffee maker and a small fridge in the room.

that is really great value for money - rather low price, for good quality; central location, walking distance to all main attractions, overlooking Ciudadela, spa availiable next door, great and friendly staff; I do recommend if you want to visit Barcelona
all was fine and ok, nothing to complain about; there is no option to have breakfast, but actually I prefere to eat out always when travelling

Great location with special touches
The staff's hospitality was fantastic! I especially loved the free coffee, cookies, and the lobby's cute vibe. My room had a beautiful balcony and was very clean.
The check-in process was a bit confusing, as it required walking to another building, and there was some noise from housekeepers in the mornings.

Triunfo was a suprise in that although the rooms are small, they do just fit 2 people with 2 large suitcases, the facilities are good, including safe and hairdryer. Location about 20 minutes walk to Barcelona city centre but close to old town, places of interest, and some hip shops. As we were out most of our stay and only sleeping here it was fine for us but if you want to spend a lot of time in the hotel this may not be for you. Our room looked out at another wall a few feet away.

The location was so great-right near everything 👍 Rooms were clean and cozy, but the check-in logistics were a hassle since it's not on-site. Would've loved some air conditioning too. I enjoyed my stay!

Location, free drinks ( on the hall available refrigerator with bottles of water and milk, coffee machine and tea).
Windows of our room looked Picasso street which is very noisy.

We first got a really nice big room, but the first night we discovered that the aircondition didn't work, which we said to the nightstaff in the reception. Eventhoug it was about twelve a clock in the evening he was very friendly and offered a different room for us. It was a bit smaller but also nice so we changed. Very good service. The location was great and not noisy at all.
They didn´t change the sheets once during our stay of 6 nights, which I think would be nice if they did. Towels changed though. Very loud since we had the room next to the reception, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!
